The next seminar of the IQFR cycle of the Rocasolano Institute will be taught by Dr. Pere Roca-Cusachs and is entitled “Sensing the matrix: transducing mechanical signals from integrins to the nucleus”.

Pere Roca-Cusachs is a young and brilliant scientist, group leader “Cellular and Molecular Mechanobiology” of the Bioengineering Institute of Catalonia. Recently, has received the award from the Spanish Biophysics Society 2018 for scientists under 40 years as well as the EBSA award 2019 Young Investigator (European Biophysical Societies Association).
