Virtual hackathon to search for answers to COVID19

The Community of Madrid will celebrate next 4 and 5 of April (Saturday and Sunday) the virtual hackathon Madrid #VenceAlVirus, with the aim of seeking answers and possible solutions to the great challenges posed by COVID-19. It is an online meeting led by the Ministry of Science, Universities and Innovation intended to involve scientists, university students, innovative professionals and civil society to find answers to three fundamental challenges related to health, the communities, employment and business. The final objective is to select fifteen projects and start them as soon as possible.

The virtual hackathon #VenceAlVirus will be held in collaboration with entities of the Madrid ecosystem of universities, research and innovation. Stand out, between them, MediaLab Prado, the MIDE collaboration platform - Madrid Innovation Driven Ecosystem, the Madrid Institute for Advanced Studies in Software (iMdea Software), and all the strength of the public and private universities of the Community of Madrid.
